What is the origin of the Life and Home Creation brand?
Life and Home Creation is a French brand of decorative accessories.
Founded in Villejuif in 2022, it is above all a passion for art and decoration in all its forms.
Each piece is designed and made by hand with care and love.
What does the Life and Home Creation brand sell?
Life and Home Creation is a brand of interior decoration and lifestyle accessories.
We therefore offer home decoration accessories of all types (paintings, trays, coasters, bowls, etc.), everyday accessories for both men and women (minimalist pen holders, games, earrings, jewelry boxes, etc.)

Where do you make your creations?
All our pieces are made in our workshop, with attention to detail and a 100% artisanal approach.

What materials do you use?
Our creations are mainly:
- Jesmonite, an ecological, strong and lightweight material.
- A natural waterproofer: wax
We also use resin for some of our paintings.
What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite is an eco-friendly composite material, primarily made of a water-based mineral base, often compared to concrete or plaster. It is known for its strength, lightness and ability to mimic natural textures, such as stone or marble. Unlike many materials such as resin or plastic, Jesmonite does not contain solvents and is therefore more environmentally friendly.
This material is highly valued for the manufacture of handmade decorative objects, such as vases, trays, bowls, and other designer accessories. It offers an elegant, modern and durable finish, ideal for those looking for eco-friendly alternatives to traditional materials.
Are your creations handmade?
Yes, each piece is entirely handmade in our workshop, which makes them unique!
Are your products water and heat resistant?
Jesmonite is water resistant, but we recommend avoiding prolonged immersion. A natural waterproofer is applied to enhance its water resistance.
Regarding heat, even if the material is heat resistant, it is better to avoid direct contact with very very hot sources like fire.
Maintenance & Usage Tips
How do I care for my Jesmonite items?
We recommend cleaning your creations with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Avoid abrasive products that could alter the finish.
To prolong the water resistance of your creation (excluding the painting), you can apply a layer of wax of your choice using a microfiber cloth.
Are Jesmonite creations dishwasher safe?
No, Jesmonite items are not dishwasher safe.
This material, although durable, can absorb water if not sealed with a protector. Prolonged exposure to hot water, steam and harsh detergents could alter their finish and reduce their durability.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your pieces, it is recommended to clean them gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
You should also avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals to maintain their unique, handcrafted look.
How to protect a resin painting?
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent yellowing of the resin. Dust gently with a soft cloth.
